Pricing
How much does it cost?
In the United States the Starter USA kit is $500 per listing. In Dubai the Luxury Dubai kit is AED 4,500 per listing, about $1,225. Both are flat prices.
Is there a travel fee?
No. We work remotely, so there is no crew to send and nothing to add for distance. A listing in Buffalo costs the same as one in San Diego.
What do I pay for the preview?
The 15-second preview of your listing is free. You get it within 2 hours of sending your address and photos.
How does payment work?
Send us a note with the listing and your market and we will go through payment with you. The free preview comes first.
Delivery
How fast will I get everything?
The full kit is delivered within 24 hours. Dubai orders are delivered on Dubai time.
Do you come to the property?
No. There is no crew and no scheduling. You send an address and photos and we do the rest remotely.
What do you need from me?
The listing address and your photos. A shared folder link from Dropbox, Google Drive or iCloud works well. See our photo guide for what to include.
What you get
What is the Signature Orbit?
A cinematic, smooth floating camera walkthrough in 4K. It runs 60 seconds in the US kit and 90 seconds in the Dubai luxury edit.
What is the browser link?
One link that opens on a phone, a desktop or a VR headset. There is no app to install, and it is hosted for 12 months.
Where can I post the media?
Anywhere. It is built for Zillow video, Instagram Reels and TikTok, and the browser link works in emails, texts and listing descriptions.
Dubai
Do the Reels include Arabic?
Yes. The Luxury Dubai kit includes 5 vertical Reels with English and Arabic captions.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?
The kit is best for Marina, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah and JVC, and we work with listings across Dubai.
